a little parcel for Charlie

I have finished the first part of baby Charlie’s parcel of goodies.  Just had a request for leg warmers – they aren’t going to make it into this mailing, sorry girls.

The bloomers are balloon pants – they are my all-time favorite knit.  I’d like a big girl pair for myself!  This pattern is so perfect for babies – it holds its shape while allowing for growth.

Soakers made from delicious Jill Draper super wash – I am smitten with her yarn.  I am dreaming about a cardigan for moi out of this very same color way.

Oh baby Charlie, I can hardly wait to meet you. When you come to the states in October I will have many more goodies for you, my boy!

  1. Hi Jody, how adorable! You have made so many beautiful things for the dear little one. I love those bloomers too. And the cashmere leg warmers! Too cute. It is so rare for little ones to have so many delightful handmade garments in this day and age. I know they will appreciate them so much, what treasured heirlooms they will make. Have a lovely day ahead and happy knitting! With Love, Delisa 🙂
