saturday sewing

A quiet afternoon with Anna Maria Horner’s Field Study.  No interruptions, no demands. Oh, well, perhaps one slightly disgruntled fellow, but we’ll take care of him right now.

All soooo beautiful! And I really love the colors of the quilt in your header, too 🙂

  2. Hi Jody! So nice to hear from you the other day on my blog. What a beautiful picture of Harley and I love your quilt blocks. It looks like you were having a wonderful, peaceful day. We are still in construction mode here at our house and I am hoping to have everything done and back in order by mid December. How I long to have all my yarn and sewing supplies back in order again. I wish Barkley and Harley could get together for a romp in the backyard. I think they would be good buddies. 🙂 He is starting to feel his age a little bit this year. He just turned 9. But he can go into puppy mode in a moments notice, or by the squeak of his favorite ball. Have a lovely day and I hope you enjoy being home and working on your quilt! With Love, Delisa 🙂

I love hearing from you, Delisa! I’m waiting to see your finished home redecorating – it all sounds terrific (and exhausting). Harley would love Barkley – goldens are just friendly and accepting of all. Has Barkley’s muzzle begun to gray? Harley is 8 and he is slowing down, but his cheerfulness never subsides!
      Have a wonderful day.
