plugging along

The day job really takes the wind out of my sails.  Somehow, and I don’t know how, I always find the last burst of energy required to climb the stairs and turn on the studio lights and produce a little fibery goodness.      052(please forgive crummy iphone image!)

Hi Jody, am I mistaken or did you just make a big change? Like buying a domain name and switching to WordPress? Maybe I just didn’t notice this before? I hope you’re well, and I totally get it about day jobs. They totally interfere with life.

It’s really good to hear from you Denise! I check your blog, but you’ve been silent! I did switch to WordPress a while back. I’m still trying to figure it out. My last post was a crummy phone picture because I need a new battery for my 35mm!

Nope, I’m still writing and posting pictures. I sent you links some time ago. All you have to do is add the year and month at the end of the url. eg. /2014/01 or /2014/02. I don’t know why suddenly your site looks different to me! But bravo! WordPress is sooooo much better than Blogger!

  3. Hi Jody, I love the new look! It has a really crisp appearance, just like the seams of a freshly pressed cotton quilt block. 🙂 I hope that you have a lovely day and find lots of time to work in your studio. Thanks again Jody for all your kind words, they have helped and continue to help and the days are getting a little easier. With Love, Delisa 🙂
